Hi Earl

While we're sitting here in Austin enjoying the heat and humidity, our old stomping ground of the Cape is getting ready for a visit from Earl.

Right now, according to my friend Bruce's photo, all is normal. (I found a blog that has been updated less than mine)

I'll get some pics from my folks, who are still on Cape, as the storm rolls through and we'll see what happens.

Earl rolled in about two hours ago, keith. I'm in Falmouth. Winds gusting maybe to 40 or so at this point, nothing unusual. A fair amount of rain, which is supposed to increase through the night. So is the wind, but not unmanageably so. Not as big a deal as it looked a day or two ago. Your sign's still up in Harwich, by the way. I passed it a couple of times two weekends ago while going to and from the big Chatham Creative Art Center fair.
